A newly formed senior management team in the charity sector, wanting to shift the organisational culture to support the charity’s strategic aims and needing to work together more effectively to achieve greater impact.
In close collaboration with the CEO, we designed three one-day workshops giving space to the senior management team to address their key issues over a period of 7 months which were:
The work included workshops as well as one-to-one conversations. We used a personality profile in a light touch way to start the conversation about working styles and allowed time for peer to peer feedback conversations to open up working relationships. There was a focus on practical steps the team could take – individually and collectively – and on embedding the agreed changes in working routines in order to make them “stick”.
Sabine provided a calm presence and gentle guidance, helping our new senior management team to build common ground and greater trust as we embark on a period of significant change.
