Sabine built a successful career over many years with Johnson Matthey, a FTSE 100 manufacturing company with a global footprint. As Director of Talent and Learning, she led the transformation of the company’s learning and talent strategy, built a global team and introduced new people processes and leadership programmes in support of the organisation’s strategic aspirations for growth. Her particular focus has been on the development of Johnson Matthey’s executive leaders, coaching individuals and devising the company’s strategy for executive development.

Outside of work, Sabine enjoys classical music and singing and spending time with family and friends. She occasionally joins her husband with his hot air balloon team at competitions in the UK and abroad.
