“I started working with Sabine when transitioning from a senior internal role to return to my previous successful client facing role. The initial session was good, Sabine methodically understanding the scope of the current role and exploring what worked and didn’t work for me, and where there was scope of ambition and change. I was also embarking on a major structure change of my senior leadership team at the same time.
Sabine helped very quickly to assess where the priorities for the team and for myself should lie. Her quiet, but insightful questioning technique made it clear over the course of several cycles within the meeting where the answer lay. I very much appreciate Sabines style of getting her client to come to the conclusion, rather than being overtly led.
In a later session she asked me to consider some broader definitions of fulfillment (an area that I had returned to) and she changed the dynamic of the meeting through a strong intervention, and created a breakthrough moment, which changed my perception of my potential both within and outside of my current employer.
Sabine will bring models and experiences if the situation demands, but mostly she will open up the agenda, and skillfully guide the client around, above and beyond the area in debate, always human, always relevant, and so often opening up avenues that hadn’t been considered.
