The aim of the coaching programme was to accelerate the personal development of an already successful MD within a FTSE 250 company, to enable him to progress his career in the near future.
The coaching programme was supported by key stakeholders in the organisation and was viewed as an important aspect of succession management.
We used psychometrics and 360 interviews as a platform to craft a targeted and positive personal development agenda. We then worked through strategies for action – what to do and how to be. After six sessions, we were able to identify some important areas of impact which the client shared with his organisation.
